Ian Cocker

Ian is the founder of ICPE and a highly experienced engineer with decades of hands-on expertise in the steel industry. Known for his meticulous attention to detail, Ian regularly provides consultancy services to other businesses, sharing his knowledge to help improve quality, compliance, and efficiency. Outside of work, Ian enjoys dining out, spending time with his grandchildren, and proudly supports grassroots football through local sponsorships.

Max Cocker

Max is a skilled CNC Turner with a keen eye for detail and a perfectionist’s approach to precision machining. His commitment to accuracy ensures every steel component meets exact specifications and high-quality standards. Outside the workshop, Max enjoys playing badminton weekly and has a strong interest in politics, always keeping up with current affairs.

Chris Foster

Chris keeps the workshop running smoothly as our CNC Miller and Supervisor, known for always being on the move and ready to lend a hand wherever it's needed. With strong technical skills and a hands-on leadership style, he ensures jobs are completed accurately and efficiently. Outside of work, Chris enjoys socialising and volunteers his time helping with sound and lighting at a local club — combining his practical know-how with a love for live events.

Jordan Cardow

Jordan is a highly knowledgeable CNC Miller with a reputation for precision and reliability. Always willing to support his colleagues, he plays a key role in maintaining high standards across the workshop. Outside of work, Jordan is a dedicated Scouts leader and enjoys walking and camping — passions that reflect his love of the outdoors and his commitment to guiding and helping others.

Terri Pearson

Terri manages the daily operations at ICPE and runs ICPE Consulting, where she helps other companies improve their systems, enhance quality, and achieve ISO certifications. With a deep understanding of industry standards and a proactive, detail-driven approach, she plays a vital role in guiding businesses toward long-term compliance and efficiency.
Outside of work, Terri is a proud mum to one child and enjoys painting custom clothing, blending creativity with precision in everything she does

Jack White

Jack is the youngest and newest member of the ICPE team, and he’s already making a strong impression with his enthusiasm, work ethic, and willingness to learn. Eager to develop his skills in the steel engineering industry, Jack is quickly becoming a valuable part of the workshop team with a bright future ahead.
